Coco specialises in
Fine Organic Chocolate. Coco only sells 'real chocolate'; that
is chocolate with high cocoa content and all of the expensive
& delicious cocoa butter
Coco produces chocolate
in its own Edinburgh & Sydney kitchens, which opens it's doors
twice a month for a chocolate school. Coco is a proud member of
SOPA (The Scottish Organic Producers Association), adhering to
their strict guidelines for organic chocolate production
Why Edinburgh? Rebecca
is from Sydney, then went to Europe to study chocolatiering. Rebecca
opened her first chocolate kitchen and retail store in the UK
to be close to Europe to continue to be inspired by all that European
chocolate had to offer. But the desire to come home was too strong
and Rebecca now is the creative director for the kitchens, developing
all of the Coco Chocolate recipes but very happily serving her
Sydney customers in store at Kirribilli and Mosman.
The beautiful shops
in Kirribilli & Mosman offers you charming environments to
relax or enjoy with friends. Allow our trained staff to explain
the chocolates from bean to bar, serve hand flaked drinking chocolate
or enjoy the finest organic and fair trade coffee & loose
leaf teas.
Come and see the chocolate
being hand tempered on marble at the source - the Coco Chocolate
Studio. Open to the public from Wednesday to Sunday you can enjoy
all the Coco favourites on harbourside balconies whhile watching
the chocolate being made. Our Coco Chocolate Cellar Door offers
sweet treats to buy made freshly at the premise on the day.
Become a certified
Chocolate Connoisseur by attending our famous tasting evenings
in 2010. Meet new friends whilst developing a full understanding
of chocolate tasting & the chance to try rare, single origin
chocolates accompanied by French Mas Ameil. When visting the UK,
join the chocolatiers at our decadent chocolate schools. Our Sydney
Chocolate School opened 2011!! Learn the art of hand tempering
on marble and come home with a hampers of own made treats! See

of which Rebecca Knights-Kerswell owner of Coco Chocolate is a
member, aims to alert the populace to the cocoa content in bars.
Mass produced chocolate squeezes out the expensive cocoa and cocoa
butter in favour of cheaper sugar, vegetable fat & powdered
milk
Coco Chocolate is made
by our artisan chocolatiers in Australia & Scotland using
the finest ingredients. We hand temper our chocolate on marble
slabs and create a range of stunning chocolates with fruits, spices
and peppers. We are advocates of organic farming, ethical trading
and non GM ingredients
